     "Supporters of the 380 sheriffs in 15 states who so far have vowed to defy new state and federal gun control laws claim that legislation is starting to pop up around the nation to fire any state elected or appointed law enforcement official who doesn't obey federal orders."
     No doubt, a majority of the pinheaded and corrupt individuals challenging sworn responsibilities of these 380 sheriffs sometimes must be reminded they are little more than meaningless pawns in a much larger game, and regardless of how threatening they envision their very temporary appearance on the public stage--their significance when attempting to defy rights extended to each and every American, will render themselves as nothing more than infinitesimal minions to elite buffoons, who also will find themselves at the wrong end of a survival game--simply put...WE OUT NUMBER THEM, AS LONG AS WE HAVE THIS DOCUMENT AS OUR GUIDE 

Miranda v Arizona, 384 US 436 begs to differ with these aspiring over-zealous wanna-be LAW MAKERS.  According to this ruling, quote--"Where rights secured by the constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them."                     
     FURTHERMORE,  Norton v Shelby County, 118 US 425  concluded,

"An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never passed."
     Therefore, irrelevant bore bags such as this,
  can amuse themselves by assuming self-importance, passing meaningless laws and  continuing  to squander what remains of this nation's wealth, with like-minded fools, but ultimately, their days, and other similar societal ticks will, like a flickering candle light, eventually be snuffed out!
