In a sane World, New York City Democrat Mayor Bill de Blasio would be arrested on charges of 'Dereliction of Duty.'

New York City voters have a tendency to keep electing corrupt Democrats to run their community further down a path of murderous crimes and uncontrollable violence.

You can't keep doing stupid, over and over again, and expecting different results. 

And now that Mayor Doofus plans on de-funding 

New York City Police to the tune of One Billion Dollars, and redirecting those vital resources to 'Social Programs,' it would appear the NYPD could be enacting some new policies.

For instance, doing 'drive-by' responses to neighborhood shoot-outs between overly-active children in the 'hood.'

Sadly, there probably are a lion's share of decent, honest living citizens residing in these neighborhoods, but until they, and a majority of New York City voters finally wise up and boot Mayor Asshole out of office, scenes like this, and probably much worse, will continue in 

The Big Apple.
