Why did Nancy (D'Alesandro) Pelosi's 20-year-old brother receive a "get out of jail card," after being arrested on charges of raping "two girl cousins, 11 and 13 years of age?"

According to an article appearing in the NY Post, "House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday she expects former President Donald Trump’s Senate trial to begin “soon” so that he won’t receive a “get out of jail card” because he’s left office." *

As previously reported by Obiter Dictum during "Impeachment #One," Pelosi actually was against 'impeaching' President Trump, but reportedly was pressured into making the bold move, simply because the 'younger blood' members of Congress threatened to end her Washington career.  So why now, after regaining control of the Senate, owning the House of Representatives, and a hand puppet embedded in the White House, is it so important to once again hold an impeachment trial for the very same man she was reluctant to convict in the midst of that earlier frenzy?

One might ask, Why would a woman with so many dirty blemishes seared into her own family's decaying flesh, insist on persecuting a man who obviously has no power now, to do her any harm?

Perhaps he does, and is this what makes Donald Trump so dangerous to Pelosi, and her D'Alesandro  'racketeering' family legacy?

We pick up our earlier story here.  From (June 6, 2019).

"Why is this decrepit throwback to the Edsel always given a pass for the nonsensical, and childlike dribble ever-flowing from her flawed Fixodent trap?

According to numerous published reports, In a closed door meeting, House speaker Pelosi, reportedly told Democrats ‘I don’t want to see him (Trump) impeached, I want to see him in prison.’" Citing the president’s "corruption and abuses of power." Bottom line, she and her clique of crazies, simply don't like the guy.

Few Americans are aware of the corruption and abuse of powers surrounding this  pretentious grandma figure, who has not only managed to garner political capital throughout her life, but also a treasure chest worth millions.

Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland during the 40s, according to those familiar with the politically charged D'Alesandro family, even back then, Nancy was considered by neighborhood children as a "spoiled brat."

You see, Nancy's daddy was one of those political fat-cats, sorry...public servants who dedicated his life to ensuring all  'Baltimoreons' a position on an equal playing field.

"Big Tommy" D'Alesandro, not only made his mark as a five term Congressman from 1938 to 1947, but also served as a popular Mayor of Baltimore City for three terms from 1947 to 1959.

It was during that tenure as Baltimore's chief executive that his 20-year-old son, Franklin Delano Roosevelt D'Alesandro,

along with 13 other youths was charged with raping a 13 year old girl. (Coincidentally, the same age as his 'little sister,' Nancy).

All 14 were charged with having committed rape or perverted practices on the two victims.  Young D'Alesandro reportedly was the only one of those tried at the time who was successful in obtaining an acquittal. (What are the chances)?

"The girl, and her 11-year old cousin, have told police they were kept in a West Preston Street apartment between July 20 and July 28 and were repeatedly assaulted by a gang of young men. The grand jury earlier this week indicted three others on charges involving the young girls."

Hagerstown, Maryland
02 Dec 1953 **

Young D'Alesandro's attorney managed to sever his client from the other defendants and ensured his trial went first so any convictions against the others would not prejudice him. Apparently D'Alesandro believed that his son was guilty of the charge, and prior to trial urged him to plead guilty, and "take his medicine."

"Following the acquittal, a Baltimore, Maryland, Grand Jury indicted

Franklin Delano Roosevelt D'Alesandro on charges of having committed perjury in that he had lied during the aforementioned trial on charges of rape.

In addition, James H. Pollack, Baltimore City political boss, was reportedly also indicted on the charge of obstruction of justice in that he had attempted to influence testimony of several of the youthful defendants who had been tried with Franklin Roosevelt D'Alesandro.

It was reported that Franklin Delano Roosevelt D'Alesandro was tried on the above charge of perjury at Salisbury, Maryland, during 1954, following a change of venue, and was found not guilty." (Wow, what a shocking revelation).

What I find most fascinating about this blatant miscarriage of justice, is how the D'Alesandro family, and in later years, Nancy (Pelosi) was able to whitewash an incident which normally would be a political deal breaker for anyone associated with such a heinous crime.

Instead of a family hanging their heads in shame, and walking away with a minor bruise on the D'Alesandro name, this gang would go on to attain positions of wealth and fame.  This in itself was an amazing fete, considering, to the best of our knowledge, the D'Alesandros had no direct relationship to 'The Kennedy's.'

Young Tommy D'Alesandro followed in his daddy's footsteps as both a Congressman representing the same district, and later settled into pop's executive leather chair in the Baltimore City Mayor's office.

Meanwhile, "Big Tommy" (who actually suffered a nervous breakdown apparently from all the stress of his son's ordeal) was appointed by President John F. Kennedy to serve as a member of the United States Renegotiation Board. Despite JFK's reservations about making this appointment, reportedly due to D'Alesandro's association with organized crime. (Another story, for another time).

Of course, everyone should be familiar with Sweet li'l ole Nancy's climb to fame.

The only person forced into obscurity in this family tragedy, was Franklin 'D.'  But, instead of doing hard time for his misdeeds, "daddy and friends got "Roosie" a life stint as a Baltimore Court House clerk."  And that is where he would remain, out of sight, away from further public scrutiny, avoiding any additional stains on the already corrupt political family name, until the day he died.

So tell us again, Nancy...about your desire to see Donald Trump thrown in prison for his, as you describe it, "corruption and abuses of power."

People guilty of crimes, usually speak loudest against those who they accuse.

Vindictive old woman, Nancy (D'Alesandro) Pelosi

Epilogue: The question begging for an answer...How in the world did a woman with such unlikeablity make it all the way to being #2 in line...to becoming President of the United States?

A handful of women of yesteryear proved without the shadow of doubt, that you can sleep your way to the top. (You might want to have a gal-to-gal chat with your current VP).

But you, Nancy, claim to have gained your Washington successes, while metaphorically standing tall, on your climb to the top. (Well, there was that one rumored Teddy Kennedy fling, but again, only rumored, of course. And you; Younger, and hotter, and well, you get the picture).

Maybe it's time you leave all that hate behind, old lady.  Do America a favor--Go Home.  San Francisco needs deserves you.
