Excellent article. One very interesting observation.....
Buried in the source code of the the healthcare website is the following sentence: “You have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communication or data transiting or stored on this information system.”

Now, consider these thoughts on privacy: "Our "right to privacy" is an amalgam of protections in the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th Amendments, plus judicial interpretation. It is not spelled out. Now, we have a Supreme Court unfriendly to making inferences, a President opening new doors to government intrusion in the home, and a Republican Congress unwilling to stop him.
Is the government free to wiretap at will? Are the families of patients free to refuse medical care? Is abortion legal? Do gay couples receive the same protections as straight ones?"
Further, "To force the Court to fulfill that obligation it is time for a Privacy Amendment for the U.S. Constitution."
This is how the game is played folks; It is all a part of politics...who really gives a crap about the American people, and this once great and ambitious nation!
Of course, that was then, when a REPUBLICAN was supposedly shredding the Constitution and trampling on every American's rights and freedoms.
As someone recently said following the government 'shut-down' farce....IT IS TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE AND THROW THE ENTIRE DAMN BUNCH OF CORRUPT BASTARDS OUT, AND BETTER STILL, SEND A GOOD MAJORITY OF THESE CROOKS TO PRISON!
