want this 84 year old Senator to call it quits....

Ostensibly concerned about giving another Liberal Democrat an opportunity to get filthy rich, while hard working taxpayers, labor to pay   that State's staggering debt.

     Unfortunately I cannot locate an audio clip of Senator Feinstein's actual words, but when hearing her say she could not morally support Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch's elevation to the high court I nearly drove off the highway.

     Is it really necessary to remind Feinstein....#1, identifying as a Liberal Democrat, coupled with representing 'Uber-Liberal-California'-YOU HAVE NO MORALS. And more importantly #2 -- YOU HAVE NO SOUL. Hiding behind your support for 'woman's rights' as justification for the slaughter of millions upon millions of babies, removes any claim to MORALS, OR SOUL.  But then, this is not for us to judge....so, you're 84? Interesting....TICK TOCK!

     Regarding Feinstein's Gorsuch comments;  The all-knowing octogenarian argued that Gorsuch’s answers during confirmation hearings were “so diluted with ambiguity” that he declined to express his views on whether longstanding landmark cases were justly decided.
Feinstein argued that in these decisions Gorsuch “went out of his way to apply his own view of the law,” echoing other Democrats who have faulted the nominee for what they claim was “selective activism.”

     Perhaps the 'seniorette' Senator's failing memory might account for not remembering...then Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor during her hearings when Republican critics sited her controversial comments which seemed to reflect more on feeling than Constitutional law, when arriving at a judicial decision. 

      Sotomayor said in a speech, "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life," 

     Sotomayor went on to become a Supreme Court Justice, and today is serving as one of three women rubbing shoulder with 'the guys,' in that exclusive 'club.'

     Feinstein apparently is guilty of many shortcomings, but most notably is her ability to cherry pick when, and when not to apply equal standards for, in this instance, Supreme Court Justice nominees.  At this point in Feinstein's career, it probably is too late to remind her, the Supreme court Justices are lawfully obligated to judge cases solely on WHAT the Constitution says--NOT their feelings.

     One final interesting fact which screams hypocrisy on the backs of the ever-biased Democrats.  The last time Judge Gorsuch's name came under their scrutiny when he was nominated for the Tenth Circuit Court in 2006, NOT ONE DEMOCRAT SENATOR CURRENTLY OPPOSING GORSUCH (INCLUDING FEINSTEIN), ATTEMPTED TO BLOCK HIS APPOINTMENT. NOT AS MUCH AS EVEN A RECORDED VOTE.  A SIMPLE VOICE VOTE ELEVATED HIM TO THE TENTH CIRCUIT COURT.

     The only noticeable change since 2006; Democrats have NO POWER.  And even on the eve of Judge Gorsuch's coronation, these fools are forcing Republican leadership to RETURN THE VOTING PROCESS TO A SIMPLE ONE VOTE MAJORITY TO ASSURE PASSAGE OF LEGISLATION FAVORED BY THE MAJORITY PARTY--REPUBLICANS.

     What this means is that the next vacancy on the Supreme Court will be a slam-dunk for the Republican Party, and most assuredly will guarantee for decades to come, a Conservative majority on the nation's highest court.

     SMART MOVE DEMOCRATS.
