The flower children of the 60s, all grown up and embedded in every ABC agency of deep state D.C., have suddenly had a spasmodic epiphany in their thinking on US military might. One may even get the impression that 'killing people and breaking stuff' now fills them with excitement, sending a tingling shiver up their leg.
President Trump's announcement of reevaluating our military involvement in Syria and other Middle Eastern nations, normally would have given rise to this crowd dancing in the streets, trumpeting the wisdom and humanity of such an enlightened decision. But keep in mind, this is Trump. And of course everything, Trump, is to be ridiculed and vilified, regardless of it's significance to his usual petulant critics.
Rolling Stone articles are seldom, if ever quoted as a source of information at Obiter Dictum, however, on those rare occasions when they get it right (from a Conservative's perspective, regarding our war machine), their comments are worthy of acknowledgment.

Taibbi's observation clearly epitomizes the following batty contradiction from Washington Post/Amazon/C(eye)A mouthpiece, Max Boot. Boot's obvious absence of journalistic integrity in this situation, is a good example of views expressed by his counterparts, and fellow 'Never Trumpers' in the general populace, and typical Democrat Cult watering holes.
So, our advice to President Trump is plain and simple; stay the course, encourage your base supporters, and recommit yourself to honoring those promises made to them...those which propelled you to the highest office in this Nation.
Catering to the likes of a gutless Schumer, or an antiquated Pelosi relic, and their band of mindless lunatics, will not only end your vision of reelection in 2020, but more importantly, douse a flame in the American public, ignited by your passion and spirit to Make America Great Again.
