Prince Andrew Makes Shocking Move to Quit Royal Duties After mom is alleged to have said "Take nothing you impish little child, and get out!" (Not exactly her words, but read on)

(Somewhat satirical)  

     "Mummy has requested that I leave the Royal Palace with the least amount of fanfare, so without pomp and circumstance, I have decided to cut myself loose from this wretched, ungrateful pack of vermin."
