If Joe Biden winning is a sure thing, Why do Democrats always seem to need dead voter's support for victory?

This probably is why Democrats always can rely on the most loyal voters casting ballots from their final resting place.  

 

Unfortunately, there are always those few hold-outs who need a bit more encouragement to vote for your candidates.
