Cowardly Washington Politicians Beware; "More people showed up in Florida to watch President Trump's return to Mar-A-Lago, than showed up for 'Astricks' Inauration."

     Don't look now, but Democrats are saddled with an impeachment trial that likely will, not only be a total flop, but perhaps might trigger an election year glitter bomb catastrophe in 2022.

     Democrats version of 'The Spanish Inquisition,' headed up by none other than the two biggest blowhards in Washington, Nancy Pelosi and Chucky Schumer, could ultimately result in railroading their own party for decades to come.

     In her frantic rush to get Trump Impeached for a second time, Pelosi failed to deal with some very important requirements; presenting witnesses,  and actual evidence  (other than propaganda she viewed on CNN), are only two minor details, this decaying 'hump-front,' neglected to include, which is paramount in any legal proceeding of such consequence. 

     American Thinker writer Jonathon Moseley, bluntly states, "The Senate Cannot Impeach Donald Trump."  Moseley says, "The Senate cannot legally hold a trial on impeachment of a President or other official who has already left office."  Average Americans, yours truly included, might view any such actions taken by the Senate as a new game in which they are making up rules as they go along, in order to meet their politically motivated agenda.

     Moseley also points out,  "Chief Justice John Roberts is required to preside over a trial of the President.  Roberts has declined that invitation....By declining to walk across Second Street, N.E., Roberts emphasizes that Trump is no longer a civil officer subject to impeachment."  * (Emphasis added by us).

      But, don't for a moment believe this minor rule of law might deter Democrats intent on pulling off alternative ways to keep Trump permanently from holding office.  Already they have anointed one of their own, another relic from the past, 80 year old Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy, to preside over the side-show proceedings of this, now comical (but dangerous) "Washington Inquisition." 

     Very soon, many reluctant, legal minded Democrat Senators, will be forced to vote on the guilt or innocence of Donald John Trump, for an unprecedented SECOND time in the United States Senate.  Before casting this historic vote, you'd better ask yourself these two very important questions.

     1.  What's really going on here?  AND, perhaps more vital to you personally, acting as a  juror, with constituents watching very closely back in your home States...

     2.  Why am I really doing this?

     ~~Answering the second question first, most likely will make the second, irrelevant.~~

     Listen to a replay of President Trump's message delivered on the morning of January 6th to that massive group of supporters gathered together demonstrating their dissent against the illegal induction of the Democrat's Astrick President.  No where in his speech did Donald Trump instruct, or demand those listening, to attack the US Capitol building, and even worse, enter the building and attempt to physically disrupt the work of Legislators inside.

     So, Donald Trump has been wrongly charged by your counterparts in the House of Representative.  At whose direction?  Without repeating any names, we all know who, SHE is.  And most of us are aware of her revengeful motivation.  Perhaps it's time to use Constitutional Rules, rather than 'make-up-stuff' to rid your chamber and the American people of this 80 year old defective, drain on our Society.
