      If appearances are an earmark determining an individuals capabilities, and after viewing this photo of the Congressman/woman (whatever) making this unqualified observation about President Trump's physical/mental condition, many might question your mental state, 'Zoeie.'

     If indeed, you considered Mrs. Clinton's uncontrolled body movements in this tape as normal.  Perhaps you, Congresslady/woman (whatever) better 'have yourself checked out.'
