Is it time for Ruthie to go home? (Some gamblers don't know when to fold 'em)

       Mandatory retirement age
may not apply to anointed lawyers who serve on the
United States Supreme Court....
BUT,
there is a higher court where
TERM LIMITS
cannot be ignored.

United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been a member of this judicial body since 1993.

However in recent days, many might be asking how many of those years did the self-proclaimed 'Super Diva,' spend in a comatose state while nodding off on the bench?  All this napping, while at the same time she was expected to be making life-altering decisions for 'the unwashed masses.'

"It’s not considered polite to point this out, but Ginsburg has been falling asleep on the bench during oral arguments for years. Back in 2006, she dozed off during a redistricting argument for a good 15 minutes—long enough for the courtroom artist to sketch her in repose. The Washington Post’s Dana Milbank wrote, “It’s lucky for Ginsburg that the Supreme Court has so far refused to allow television in the courtroom, for her visit to the land of nod would have found its way onto late-night shows.” -- Stephanie Mencimer, Mother Jones' Washington bureau*

The tin god saga continues....but time is running out, and there is a courtroom where you don't get to call the shots.
