The Department of Justice has "to be seen as the good guys, and not as either this Administration OR that Administration"

.....and then pulls a 180, and testifies his agency could find 'no intent' on this woman's motivations to do anything illegal, at least some Americans (even the Democrat Cultists) might be asking, "what do they have on you, Wrong-answer-man?"
