UPDATE: "Sony Pictures Entertainment has pulled the planned Christmas Day release of “The Interview.”*

The entertainment giant is said to be considering, as one option, "offering the picture on premium video-on-demand as a way to recoup at least some of its investment."


     No doubt Sony Pictures Entertainment could quickly 'recoup any of those losses' experienced by cancelling theater showings of 'The Interview,' simply by flushing out a few 'crappy' Leonardo DiCaprio or George Clooney flicks.
