the school system has its way in Helena, Montana, your five year old
could be subjected to yet another abnormality of this country's looney
Liberal Left. (Incidentally,a similar 2007 proposal in Illinois
received a stiff endorsement and backing of then Senator Barack Obama).

might lead some to wonder if the, now chief executive possibly could
have some financial holdings in the Swiss condom company mentioned in
the following NY Daily News article. Obviously this comment is offered
with tongue in cheek, but absurdities in this country several years ago,
are quickly becoming common practice with this 'nanny-thinking' bunch
in power.

A Switzerland-based company is manufacturing extra-small condoms for the 12- to 14-year-old set.
Dubbed
the Hotshot, the prophylactic was developed in response to a study
that indicated young teens were regularly engaging in unprotected sex.
"The
result that shocked us concerned young boys who display apparently
risky behaviour," said Nancy Bodmer, who oversaw the research for the
study at the Center for Development and Personality Psychology at Basel
University in Switzerland.
"They have more of a tendency not to
protect themselves," she said, adding that because of their young age,
they also do not know much about sexuality.
"They do not
understand the consequences of what they are doing," Bodmer said. "The
results of this study suggest that early prevention makes sense."
Several organizations, including family planning groups, campaigned for the production of the small condoms.
The
Hotshot measures 1.7 inches in diameter (as opposed to 2 inches found
with regular ones), and 7.4 inches in length. According to the company,
Lamprecht AG, it is only available in Switzerland.
Although the
age of consent in Switzerland is 16, sex between minors is perfectly
legal as long as they are not more than three years apart in age.

extended family into Mexico for my health, and I would like to ask you
to assist me. We're planning to simply walk across the border from the
U.S. into Mexico, and we'll need your help to make a few arrangements.

plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration
quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do
here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, The President of Mexico,
that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:
1. Free medical care for my entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.
3. Please print all Mexican Government forms in English, including voting forms.
4. I want my grand kids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers.
5. Tell their schools they need to include classes on American culture and history.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my housetop, put
U.S. flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th.
I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.

I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have
any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start.

Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely
nice and never say critical things about me or my family, or about the
strain we might place on their economy.
14. I want to receive free food stamps, and free unlimited cell phones.
15. Naturally, I'll expect free rent subsidies.
16. I'll need income tax credits so that although I don't pay Mexican taxes, I'll receive money from the government.
17. Please arrange it so that the Mexican Government pays $4,500.00 to help me buy a new car.

Oh yes, I almost forgot, please enroll me free into the Mexican Social
Security program so that I'll get a monthly income in retirement.
I
know this is an easy request because you already do all these things
for all his people who walk over to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) – After 17 months of waiting, a family finally learned how much time the man who killed their son will be in prison.
A Stearns County judge sentenced 18-year-old Jesse Smithers to 10 years on Thursday. Smithers admitted to delivering the deadly punch in a St. Cloud alley almost a year and a half ago.
On Sept. 21, 2012, Colton Gleason was walking with friends when a car pulled up, and Smithers got out and punched him. Colton died after falling and hitting his head.
His father, John Gleason, says the pain, bitterness and hurt his family feels did not go away with the sentencing of the man responsible for his son’s death.
“We’ve been given a life sentence by this cowardice attack and murder of our son,” John said. “He’ll serve very few short years and he’ll be back out again, and our son is gone forever.”
John says his son was the victim of a deadly “knockout game.”
“This group was out there and their intentions were very clear. This is unprovoked. They stopped and they saw someone they thought they could victimize,” he said. “Colton didn’t have a chance to even turn and defend himself when somebody blind-sided punched him.”
Jesse Smithers was sentenced to 10 years behind bars for delivering the fatal punch.
If Smithers does not himself become victim of a jail yard
knock-out game, he could be released in about five years.

Barack Obama was not elected to WRITE THE LAWS of this country. His positions as President is to act on laws submitted to him by the Congress. Congress is representative of the people...they were sent (elected) to Washington to do the work OF the people. Meeting with the Congressional Black Caucus this past week, Obama's mouthpiece (others believe it is the other way around) Valerie Jarrett, some might surmise, pulled a 'Jerry Seinfeld' on the perpetually disenchanted bellyachers. Although the comedian was responding to complainers that his comedy show lacks a balance of blacks and whites, Jarrett could very well have given the same response to the The CBC, simply by substituting the word COMEDY with QUALIFIED.

Despite their usual diversity gripes, Jarrett reportedly fired back that she Obama has a 'commitment to diversity.'
The bottom line appears to reveal likely motivation of outdated groups such as the Congressional Black Caucus. The name itself is 'insulting,' to quote a recent comment by another member of a diversity pack, Supreme Court Justice, Sonia Sotomayor. (Sotomayor, herself a much heralded minority appointment to the nation's highest court, was commenting on 'people being here in the United States illegally, as being labeled "criminals," As if 'illegal and criminal' are somehow segregated from one another).
Last time we checked, a group trademarked with a title like Congressional 'White' Caucus certainly would have been banished from the 1960's sanitized halls of America's Capitol. But not in today's 'everyone who does not see issues our way, are most certainly raging racists!'

Georgia Congressman David Scott shares his own distorted view, making comparisons between the current President (who happens to be half black) and the previous President (who happened to be half Protestant, or something). Scott reasons, “Do you think George Bush would have been able to do this, or any white
president would have been able to do this? No,” Scott said. “The
president should have said, ‘There’s absolutely no way I want to go down
in history as putting these kinds of people into federal court
nominations against my own African-American [people]’ ... It’s a
tragedy.”*
If a Congressional White Caucus did exist, they might be offended by Congressman Scott's return to those pre-integration days of the '60s and realize how ridiculous and insulting his own comments are, not only to American Caucasians and African Americans, but to everyone who slips his empty-pocketed pants on in the morning, and views himself in a mirror as someone no longer living in an affirmative action society. A color blind America where the shade of one's skin does not over-shadow the quality of one's abilities and productivity.
Besides, if Congressman David Scott actually stared a bit more intensely at his own image in a mirror, he might realize he is not among members of the exclusive millionaire's club within those hallowed halls of law-writers. In other words Congressman Scott, we might point out to you....perhaps you are not 'their kind of people either.'
