Reveal State Department genius who told Hillary Clinton, using a personal email account to conduct official government business, was "NOT A PROBLEM"

     American taxpayers on the hook for supplying millions of dollars for the brightest, most educated legal experts to give YOU and the State Department what is, and isn't within boundaries of United States rules, regulations, guidelines, codes, ordinances, and whatever else can be conceived to be legal, or illegal....and YOU are now (because your deceptions have been revealed...by hackers) asking the American people to believe this personal decision by YOU, was simply for convenience, and expect complete redemption?
