Decision To Give Caitlyn Bruce Jenner The ‘Courage’ Award Just Backfired Big Time
Norvell Rose, at Western Journalism, asks a very simple question deserving an honest answer--'In this age of "trans' everything, did the ESPY Award to Jenner just transform ESPN?
This observation by Rose reflects numerous accounts we reviewed today regarding ESPN's 'politically correct' decision to present a (now meaningless) COURAGE AWARD to (no other 'nicer' way to say it folks, but) a dolled-up cross dressing 'drag queen.'
In his article, Rose says 'It was indeed a spectacle. But the fallout from Wednesday night’s ESPY Award presented to Caitlyn Jenner — the transgendered woman formerly known as Bruce — is certainly not what a cable net that relies on its fans for success wants to see. The homepage homage to Caitlyn’s “courage” has been blasted with sharply negative comments on the ESPN website.'
