These are the least of the gruesome pics ISIS posted today. You can view all of them here. According to ISIS they captured 4,500 soldiers in Tikrit, the Sunnis were “pardoned” and 1,700 Shiites were executed. The reason they are in civilian clothes is because they took off their uniforms and were captured attempting to flee the ISIS advance.
