One day you're a lowly unpaid Intern....next day you find yourself on a World Terrorist 'Hit List!' Go figure

     At least this seems to be the unfortunate news, as applied to Huma Abedin. 

     Many of you are probably asking, 'Who the hell is Huma Abedin?'  Huma can best be described as one of those fortunate among us to be in the right place, at the right time.  Back in the Clinton White House days (Bubba, not 'back to the future, Hillary), Huma Abedin was an innocent young college intern, finding herself assuming gofer status for, then First Lady Hillary Clinton. And from that day forward, Huma Abedin has been an umbilical cord's distance from Mrs. Clinton.

     She also made front page news several years ago when her husband, Congressman (and aspiring New York City Mayoral Candidate) Anthony Weiner, got caught up in 'a scandal centered on explicit texting that forced him to resign from Congress.'

     Fast forward to present day scandals, and Huma finds herself as a central figure in her boss Hillary's email controversy, when Mrs. Clinton was serving as Secretary of State under Barack Obama.

     And just the other day, we are told, Huma Abedin apparently has been 'named as a target in ISIS's new hit list of high profile Western Muslims.'

     According to reports at the Daily Mail website, 'ISIS have published a hit list targeting high profile Muslims including Hillary Clinton's   long-time aide Huma Abedin.

     The list of moderate Muslim targets was published in the terrorist group's glossy propaganda magazine Dabiq - which is aimed at recruiting jihadists from the West.

     No word on whether Abedin has been extended additional security since those threats, but one can just imagine the possibilities.

     We can only hope for the safety of Huma Abedin, but as that old Frank Sinatra song declared; "That's Life."
 

     And in a worst case scenario, if this little gig does not pan out for her boss Hillary, and the lights go out (finally) with her political aspirations, Huma Abedin may, very well find herself also saying BYE, BYE !  (That is, unless husband Anthony--alias 'Carlos Danger'--decides to resurrect his, now conveniently forgotten, Weiner Show).
