These people are NOT upholding the law--perhaps they should be charged with BREAKING THE LAWS--laws they swore to uphold when assuming office as PUBLIC SERVANTS

IS THIS MAN BREAKING THE LAW?

BY NOT HONORING THE OATH OF HIS OFFICE WHEN ASSUMING THE POSITION OF

PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

A vast majority of participants in this massive immigration rally in Washington D.C. 

 

are assumed to be ILLEGAL ENTRANTS TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  THEY HAVE ILLEGALLY CROSSED THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'S BORDER, KNOWINGLY ENTERING WITHOUT PERMISSION AND PROPER DOCUMENTATION.  BY WILLFULLY TAKING THIS ILLEGAL ACTION, THEY KNOWINGLY ARE BREACHING THE USA BORDER (INVADING SOVEREIGN TERRITORY) AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED LAW BREAKERS.

UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY SHOULD BE APPREHENDED, ARRESTED AND RETURNED TO THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.

IS THIS MAN BREAKING THE LAW?

 

BY NOT HONORING THE OATH OF HIS OFFICE WHEN ASSUMING THE POSITION OF

BY ALLOWING THESE LAW BREAKERS, NOW NUMBERING IN THE MILLIONS TO MOVE FREELY ON AMERICAN SOIL.

"The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution." *

ARE THESE PUBLIC SERVANTS BREAKING THE LAW?

This oath is also taken by the Vice President,  members of the Cabinet, federal judges and all other civil and military officers and federal employees other than the President.*

BY NOT HONORING THE OATH OF THEIR OFFICE WHEN ASSUMING ELECTED OR OFFICIALLY APPOINTED POSITIONS AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE,  ARE THESE PUBLIC SERVANTS NOT BREAKING THE LAW BY ALLOWING THESE LAW BREAKERS, NOW NUMBERING IN THE MILLIONS TO MOVE FREELY ON AMERICAN SOIL?

AND THESE MIGHT BE CONSIDERED THE 'WORST OF THE BUNCH'

OUTLINED IN THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.

I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as (office) under the Constitution and laws of the United States. [So help me God.]*

  

ARE THESE, AND ALL FEDERAL JUDGES BREAKING THE LAW?

 

BY NOT HONORING THE OATH OF THEIR OFFICE WHEN ASSUMING ELECTED OR OFFICIALLY APPOINTED POSITIONS AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PEOPLE,  ARE THESE PUBLIC SERVANTS NOT BREAKING THE LAW BY ALLOWING LAW BREAKERS, NOW NUMBERING IN THE MILLIONS TO MOVE FREELY ON AMERICAN SOIL?

      Judicial activism at its best, or worst....  Depending on which side of the border fence you are standing.


     What part of illegal do these JUDGES (some observers consider them nothing more than overpaid lawyers) not understand, and how can a person who has voluntarily broken the laws of this country, simply by entering without proper authorization, be considered non-law breakers by these judicial activists?  The courts alone CAN NOT circumvent the LAW.

                             ILLEGAL is ILLEGAL

     If you, as an American citizen break any laws set forth by an extension of our United States Constitution, you could go to jail, AND give up many of your so-called rights, guaranteed by that document.  Therefore, if these people are indeed here illegally, they are breaking OUR laws and certainly, HAVE NO RIGHTS, as stated in OUR constitution.

    Can we not charge All PUBLIC OFFICIALS pictured above, by not upholding the laws of our Constitution, as sworn to under oath, and allowing these ILLEGAL ALIENS to breech our borders are COMPLICIT IN THE LAW BREAKER'S CRIMES, by not having them apprehended, arrested and deported from the United States of America?

     Very little action, if any at all, will be taken to rectify this invasion of our country, especially when most of the corrupt PUBLIC SERVANTS mentioned above, are depending on these new NUMBERS IN THE MILLIONS to give them a future firm hold on power in this country.  

     We can only strive for sensible thinking citizens to vote sensibly, and elect honorable fellow like-minded Americans to represent us.  Only then can we proclaim ourselves a free people...in a FREE COUNTRY.
